What Parkland kitchens ask for
Parkland kitchens are built for gathering, and they deserve more than a stock-cabinet makeover. From Parkland Golf & Country Club and Heron Bay to MiraLago, Parkland Isles and the acre lots of Pine Tree Estates, the homes here are newer and larger, so the conversation is rarely "make it work" and usually "make it exceptional". The requests we hear most: an oversized island that seats five, panel-ready appliances behind seamless fronts, a butler's pantry or coffee station, and a kitchen that flows straight to the patio.
The houses fall into two groups. The 1990s–2000s builds in Heron Bay, Cypress Head and Ternbridge have the developer kitchen of that era — raised-panel doors under a soffit, a peninsula, a pass-through — and the project is a full rebuild with cabinets to the ceiling and a true island. The newer estates in MiraLago and Parkland Golf have good bones and a builder-grade finish; there the work is upgrading what is already a large room: integrated appliances, a second prep zone, wine storage, lighting designed for a kitchen that is also the living room.
If entertaining outside is part of the plan, we design the outdoor kitchen together with the indoor one, so stone, cabinetry and timelines match.

A few quick questions, one honest range built from what we actually charge in South Florida — not a national average from a website that has never seen your kitchen.
What it costs in 2026
What Dreamery kitchens cost in 2026: a standard kitchen (15–25 linear ft of cabinets) runs $19,000–$24,500 at the Essential level, $31,500–$41,000 at Signature and $42,000–$54,500 at Premium — turnkey without appliances: demolition, custom cabinets from our own factory, countertops, backsplash, plumbing and electrical, installation and project management. Small galley kitchens start around $14,000; large kitchens with an island run $26,000–$75,000 depending on finish. A permit package (about $3,500), condo logistics and layout changes are priced on top, and the calculator accounts for them. 3D design package: $99 (regularly $500), credited in full when you go ahead with the project.
Every project gets one written, itemized price that is fixed before work starts — cabinets, countertops, labor, permits and project management on one page. No allowances that quietly grow later.
Because the cabinets come from our own shop, you skip the showroom markup: the same all-plywood, dovetail-drawer construction at direct-from-manufacturer pricing. Promotional financing is available for qualified buyers through our lending partners; pre-qualification takes about a minute with a soft credit pull.

Gated communities and permits in Parkland
Kitchen work with plumbing, electrical or structural changes is permitted through the City of Parkland and inspected at rough-in and final — routine, and included in project management. Nearly every Parkland neighborhood is gated and HOA-governed; interior work rarely needs architectural review, but contractor registration, access lists and dumpster placement rules are common, and our coordinator handles them before the schedule is set.
Ten minutes from our shop means Parkland kitchens get the tightest logistics we offer: cabinets delivered on the day the bases are ready, a countertop template the same week, and a project manager who passes your house on the way to work.

Questions homeowners ask us
How long does a kitchen remodel take in Parkland?
A typical kitchen is 4–6 weeks from signed contract to final walkthrough. Larger estate kitchens with appliance walls and a second prep zone can run a little longer; the finish date is written into the contract either way.
Can you do panel-ready appliances and integrated fronts?
Yes — that is where an in-house cabinet shop matters. Appliance panels, integrated refrigerator and dishwasher fronts and matching pantry doors are built to the exact appliance models you choose.
Do you handle City of Parkland permits and HOA approvals?
Yes. Permits go through the City of Parkland; HOA registration and architectural paperwork are prepared by our coordinator. It is part of project management, not an extra fee.
Where do your cabinets come from?
We design and manufacture them in-house in Coral Springs, about 10 minutes from Parkland. All-plywood boxes, solid-wood dovetail drawers and soft-close hardware are standard, at direct-from-manufacturer pricing.
Can you design the outdoor kitchen at the same time?
Yes. We design indoor and outdoor kitchens together so the stone, the cabinetry style and the schedule match; the outdoor side uses weatherproof cabinetry built for salt air and sun.
Which Parkland communities do you serve?
All of Parkland: Parkland Golf & Country Club, Heron Bay, MiraLago, Parkland Isles, Pine Tree Estates, Cypress Head, Ternbridge and the rest — plus neighbouring Coral Springs and Coconut Creek.
