What Dreamery kitchens cost in 2026: a standard kitchen (15–25 linear ft of cabinets) runs $19,000–$24,500 at the Essential level, $31,500–$41,000 at Signature and $42,000–$54,500 at Premium — turnkey without appliances: demolition, custom cabinets from our own factory, countertops, backsplash, plumbing and electrical, installation and project management. Small galley kitchens start around $14,000; large kitchens with an island run $26,000–$75,000 depending on finish. A permit package (about $3,500), condo logistics and layout changes are priced on top, and the calculator accounts for them. 3D design package: $99 (regularly $500), credited in full when you go ahead with the project.

Opening the wall, condo rules and permits in Fort Lauderdale
Can the kitchen wall come out? In most mid-century Fort Lauderdale homes the wall between kitchen and living room is load-bearing, which means a beam — engineered, permitted and inspected. It is routine for us and it is priced in the itemized quote, not discovered mid-project. Condos: we prepare the association's alteration package with drawings from the 3D design, carry the insurance buildings require, keep the plumbing within the unit's stack and sequence deliveries around elevator reservations. Permits: kitchen work with plumbing, electrical or structural changes is permitted through the City of Fort Lauderdale with inspections at rough-in and final; that is included in project management.
