What Coral Springs kitchens ask for
Coral Springs is our hometown. Dreamery's office and cabinet production are based right here on Wiles Road, which means the designer who measures your kitchen, the shop that builds the cabinets and the crew that installs them all work minutes from your front door. It changes small things that add up: deliveries scheduled to the hour, a missing piece replaced the same day, a project manager who can be on site the same morning if something needs a decision.
Much of the city was built out in the 1980s and 1990s — Eagle Trace, Wyndham Lakes, Ramblewood, Maplewood, Cypress Run, Turtle Run — and those homes often still carry the original oak cabinets, tile countertops and a closed-off kitchen behind a pass-through wall. The remodels we do most here: opening the kitchen to the living area, white or two-tone shaker cabinetry to the ceiling, quartz counters, and a proper island where the old peninsula used to be. Because the cabinetry is produced locally, we can hold both the schedule and the price we put in writing.
In the newer sections toward Parkland the houses are from the late 1990s and 2000s and the kitchens are bigger: the work there is a larger island, integrated appliances, a pantry wall and lighting designed instead of inherited.

A few quick questions, one honest range built from what we actually charge in South Florida — not a national average from a website that has never seen your kitchen.
What it costs in 2026
What Dreamery kitchens cost in 2026: a standard kitchen (15–25 linear ft of cabinets) runs $19,000–$24,500 at the Essential level, $31,500–$41,000 at Signature and $42,000–$54,500 at Premium — turnkey without appliances: demolition, custom cabinets from our own factory, countertops, backsplash, plumbing and electrical, installation and project management. Small galley kitchens start around $14,000; large kitchens with an island run $26,000–$75,000 depending on finish. A permit package (about $3,500), condo logistics and layout changes are priced on top, and the calculator accounts for them. 3D design package: $99 (regularly $500), credited in full when you go ahead with the project.
Every project gets one written, itemized price that is fixed before work starts — cabinets, countertops, labor, permits and project management on one page. No allowances that quietly grow later.
Because the cabinets come from our own shop, you skip the showroom markup: the same all-plywood, dovetail-drawer construction at direct-from-manufacturer pricing. Promotional financing is available for qualified buyers through our lending partners; pre-qualification takes about a minute with a soft credit pull.

Permits, HOAs and the hometown advantage
Kitchen work with plumbing, electrical or structural changes is permitted through the City of Coral Springs, with inspections at rough-in and final — routine, and included in project management. Most Coral Springs neighborhoods are HOA-governed; interior kitchen work rarely needs architectural review, but contractor-access and dumpster rules are common and our coordinator checks them before the schedule is set.
On the first visit in a 1980s Coral Springs house we look at three things: whether the pass-through wall is load-bearing (it often is, and a beam is routine), whether the soffit is empty framing (usually yes), and the age of the drain lines under the slab. All three answers go into the itemized quote before you sign, not into a change order after demolition.

Questions homeowners ask us
How long does a kitchen remodel take in Coral Springs?
A typical kitchen is 4–6 weeks from signed contract to final walkthrough. Because the shop is in town, cabinet delivery and any replacement part are same-week matters, not shipping events. You get a written finish date in the contract.
Can you open the pass-through wall to the living room?
In most 1980s–90s Coral Springs homes, yes. Where the wall is load-bearing it means an engineered beam, a permit and an inspection — routine work that we price in the itemized quote before you sign.
Do you handle City of Coral Springs permits and HOA paperwork?
Yes. Permits for plumbing, electrical and structural work go through the city; HOA contractor-access notices are prepared by our coordinator. It is part of project management, not an extra fee.
Where are the cabinets made?
In our own shop on Wiles Road in Coral Springs. All-plywood boxes, solid-wood dovetail drawers and soft-close hardware are standard, at direct-from-manufacturer pricing.
Can I see the design before committing?
Yes. The in-home consultation is free. The 3D design package — a rendering of your new kitchen plus one itemized price within 5 business days — is $99 instead of the regular $500, and the $99 is credited in full when you sign your project with us.
Which Coral Springs neighborhoods do you serve?
All of them — Eagle Trace, Wyndham Lakes, Ramblewood, Maplewood, Cypress Run, Turtle Run, The Greens and the rest — plus neighbouring Parkland, Coconut Creek, Margate and Tamarac.
